Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities (Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. and Visayan Electric Co., Inc.) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply eligibility and subsequent bid for the:

Procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure. To bid for this requirement, the prospective bidder must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Bid Administrator, Ms. Ellois J. Santos, thru email at ellois.santos@aboitiz.com

Interested bidders must sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to the release of the Bid Documents.


The bidder must meet the following eligibility criteria before being considered for technical evaluation:


a. The Bidder must have been operating as a business for at least ten (10) years by the time of the Pre-Bid Conference.

b. The Bidder must have a client with a similar business of  Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities.

c. The Bidder must be technically accredited by Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities.

d. The Bidder must not have been blacklisted or disbarred/sanctioned by any Aboitiz Business Unit.

e. The Bidder must be successfully enrolled in our online supplier portal procurement system


The Bid Administrator will hold an online Pre-bidding Conference (through Google Meet) to discuss the details of the project and questions arising from the Bid Documents, on May 03, 2024, @ 3:00 PM. The meeting link will be provided prior to the schedule of the Pre-bidding conference.


The Bids and Award Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
