Procurement will be conducted through an open competitive procedure. Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) to the bid Administrator, Ritchell Cabila, via email at ritchell.cabila@aboitiz.com.


All bidders must first meet the following eligibility criteria before being considered to proceed for technical evaluation:


  1. The bidder must have a client with a similar business to Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities.

  2. The bidder must not have been blacklisted or barred/sanctioned by any Aboitiz Business Unit.

  3. The bidder must be successfully enrolled in our online supplier portal procurement system.

  4. Only those that are technically accredited by AboitizPower Distribution Utilities prior to May 3, 2024 can participate.



An Online Pre-bidding Conference will be conducted by the Bid Administrator on April 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM through Google Meet. The meeting link will be provided along with the issuance of the bidding documents. This conference aims to discuss details and address any questions arising from the Bid Documents.


The Bids and Award Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
