Get an Electrical Permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO.)
Hire an accredited electrician or electrical practitioner to prepare the standard metering setup.
Submit required documents:
Meter installation and energization: 2–3 working days after payment and contract signing.
Sign electric service agreement.
Pay a bill deposit equivalent to one month’s estimated consumption (based on inspection load listing).
Electrician endorses your application.
