Get an Electrical Permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO.)
This requires metering changes, similar to applying for a new connection, — Here’s how to apply:
Hire an accredited electrician or electrical practitioner to prepare the standard metering setup.
Submit documents:
Meter installation and energization: 2–3 working days after payment and contract signing.
Sign Electric Service Agreement.
Pay your bill deposit equivalent to one month’s estimated consumption (based on the inspection load listing) at any of our authorized payment centers.
Electrician or electrical practitioner endorses your application.
