Apply for Electrical Connection

New Connection Requirements

  1. Secure Electrical Permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO).

  2. Hire an accredited electrician or licensed electrical engineer to prepare the standard metering setup. *Average Electrician fee is from 5,000 to 10,000. (Includes the labor and materials).

  3. Comply with the requirements (proof of ownership, valid ID, etc.)

  4. Endorsement of the application is to be facilitated by the hired electrician.

  5. Pay a bill deposit equivalent to your one-month estimated bill amount. The computation will be based on load listing as found during the inspection.

  6. Signing of metered service contract.

  7. After the completion of payment and the signing of the metered service contract, the meter installation and line energization will be carried out within 2-3 working days.

  • Company ID

  • PRC License

  • TIN

  • Voter's ID/Certification

  • Postal ID

  • Student's ID

  • Senior Citizen's ID

Other Proofs of Identity

  • NBI Clearance

  • Police Clearance

  • Barangay Clearance

  • Marriage Contract

  • Birth Certifcate (single applicant)

  • Customer Information Sheet

  • Certificate of your hired electrician

  • Traverse Certificate (if necessary) 

  • Proof of Ownership (any of the following):

    • Land Title & Tax Declaration (building)/Notarized Affidavit of House Ownership

    • Tax Declaration (land and building)

    • Notarized Deed of Sale (house and lot)

    • Notarized Contract to Sell (with certificate from the developer)

    • Letter of Consent & Photocopy of Valid IDs of Co-owners (for multiple owners)
