Endorsement: Ensure your practitioner endorses your application for submission.
Submission & Survey

Pay Required Deposit: Once the inspection is approved, update your bill deposit based on the inspection result at any authorized payment or service center.

Sign Contract: Sign your new Electric Service Agreement at any of our service center near you.
Payment & Agreement

Final Setup: Meter installation and energization typically take 2 to 3 working days after signing of agreement.

Site Survey: Our team will conduct a survey within 2 to 3 working days after submission.

Installation and Energization
NOTE: Applications that require additional power line work or have a load requirement above 8,000 watts may take 10–15 working days for service connection, depending on the scope of work required.
