Service Reconnection Guide

Since your service has been inactive for less than a year, we've simplified the process. Follow these 4 easy steps to complete your request online.

Complete the online form and upload your updated requirements

Submit Request

Once your request is submitted, we will send you the details for your balance and bill deposit. Payments can be made at any authorized payment center

  Settle Balance 

Note: Installation is within 2 to 3 working day after the agreement is signed.

Submit Your Reconnection Request

Once your payment is verified, we’ll send your updated Data Privacy Consent form. You can sign it digitally in just a few clicks to finalize your reconnection.

With the paperwork complete, our crew will arrive to install your meter and restore your power.

View Your Electricity Bill Anytime, Anywhere with MobileAP

Aside from allowing customers to check their monthly electricity bill, MobileAP allows them to view their payment history for the past 12 months, see consumption charts to help monitor energy consumption, register multiple Visayan Electric accounts, and check the list of payment options.
