List of Required Documents

Prepare the necessary documents to help us process your application smoothly

  • Electrical Permit (For Mandaue, Talisay, and Naga Only): This must be secured from the Office of the Building Official (OBO) in your area. In compliance with local government guidelines, this permit serves as the official safety and regulatory clearance required to authorize a Change of Name for the account.

  • This is a signed authorization form or letter from the registered account owner, explicitly granting permission to transfer the electric service account to your name. This ensures that the account transfer is fully authorized by both parties

Note: Ensure all documents are complete, clear, and legible to avoid delays. Additional                 supporting documents may be required upon  further assessment. 

View Your Electricity Bill Anytime, Anywhere with MobileAP

Aside from allowing customers to check their monthly electricity bill, MobileAP allows them to view their payment history for the past 12 months, see consumption charts to help monitor energy consumption, register multiple Visayan Electric accounts, and check the list of payment options.
