Upgrade or Downgrade Your Service
Adjust your service capacity safely by following these steps.
Get an Electrical Permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO.)
Hire an accredited electrician or electrical practitioner for metering setup.
Electrician and Electrical practitioner endorses your application.
Sign electric service agreement once inspection is approved.
Expect a survey within 2–3 working days.
Update your bill deposit and special deposit (if required) based on the connected load stated in the submitted electrical plan) at any of our authorized payment centers.
Meter installation and energization: 10-15 working days after signing of contract, depending on the scope of work.
