AboitizPower Distribution Utilities (APDU), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) under Davao Light & Power Company, Inc., invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and submit bids for the following:

  1. Eligibility Requirements:

    All interested Bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to proceed to the Technical Evaluation stage:


  1. For AboitizPower Accredited Supplier 

    1. Sworn statement from the Bidder affirming that they are not blacklisted, barred, or sanctioned by any Aboitiz Business Unit.

    2. Proof of Accreditation - Supplier Portal Company Profile



  1. For Non-Accredited Supplier 

    1. Sworn statement from the Bidder affirming that they are not blacklisted, barred, or sanctioned by any Aboitiz Business Unit.

    2. Proof of application for vendor accreditation in our online Supplier Portal. Kindly request the vendor accreditation details from the Bid Administrator.

For new items that have not yet been accredited by the AboitizPower Distribution Utilities, the Bidder must first undergo the brand accreditation process. Furthermore, Bidders who have applied for Vendor Accreditation must be successfully accredited prior to the awarding of the contract.


  1. Procurement Procedure and Instructions on Submission:


    Procurement will be conducted through open competitive procedure. Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) and Eligibility Requirements to the Bid Administrator, Mr. Henrik Andreas Picar thru email at henrik.picar@aboitizpower.com and ap.du.supplychain@aboitizpower.com on or before September 30, 2026. After receipt of the LOI, the Bid Administrator will then furnish the Bid Documents to the interested bidders.

A formal invitation will be sent thru email by the Bid Administrator for the Pre-bidding Conference to discuss the details of the requirement and questions arising from the Bid Documents. The Pre-Bidding Conference will be conducted via Google Meet, details will be provided via e-mail during the issuance of the Bidding Documents.


The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids that at any time prior to contract award, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
