Areas Affected:	Portion of Talisay City (San Roque & Tangke) along portions of Cebu South Coastal Road including portions of Purok Lambay, Cebu South Harbor and Container Terminal Corp., Easy Services Inc., City of Talisay Streetlights, and Philippine Coast Guard.
